1. SALES POLICY:
- For those orders proceeded via MOMO: As soon as the payment is completed successfully, you will receive a Payment confirmation email. You will need to wait for 2 – 3 days for getting Test Identification Number (TIN) & Guide email from CARROT.
- For those orders proceeded via Bank Transfer: You will need to wait for 2 – 3 days for confirming order and getting Test Identification Number (TIN) email from CARROT.
** NOTE: Please check our emails in both your INBOX & SPAM BOX.
- In case the Guide & TIN email didn’t go to your Mailbox (including SPAM BOX), please drop us your feedback through CONTACT form or via email: cgv@carrotglobal.com. We will get back to you and resolve your issues asap. (During working hours)
2. REFUND POLICY:
- We DO NOT REFUND for orders purchased successfully. Please assure of your purchase decision before proceeding the payment.
- In case, you still pursue the Refund, please drop us your request through CONTACT form or via email: cgv@carrotglobal.com. We will track down the inconveniences you have and figure out the best solution forward for your case.
3. WARRANTY POLICY:
- This is a ONE-TIME use Test Identification Number (TIN) for the test. In case you encounter any technical issues while taking the test, causing the test termination, please let us know what was happening to your test through the CONTACT form or via email: cgv@carrotglobal.com. We will track down the issues with you and figure out the best solution for your case asap.
- In case you do not receive your SPAC test results after 36 hours, please drop us a line via CONTACT form or via email: cgv@carrotglobal.com. We will check the TIN status and provide you new TIN asap.
