1. Payment term
   • Your order is processed within 2-3 working days after the payment is confirmed via Momo or Bank transfer.
   • Please wait for our email to get update about your order.
2. Refund Policy
   • We DO NOT REFUND for orders purchased successfully. Please assure of your purchase decision before proceeding the payment.
   • In case, you still pursue the Refund, please drop us your request through CONTACT form or via email: cgv@carrotglobal.com. We will track down the inconveniences you have and figure out the best solution forward for your case.
3. VAT invoice request
   • We do issue VAT invoice for corporates, please leave Your Company Tax Information + Order ID in the Contact Form.
   • You will get the VAT invoice in 2 -3 working days after the submitted date.
